Schedule

  • Boat Day

    August 7th, 2026 at 10am

Join us for a casual afternoon on the lake! We'll meet outside the Tiki Bar at The Lodge, where we'll have several pontoon boats ready to take everyone out onto Whitefish Lake. There is plenty of parking on-site, and we encourage carpooling if possible.

We'll cruise to a spot where all of the boats can anchor together so everyone can swim, float, relax, and enjoy the afternoon. Whether you'd like to jump in the water or simply kick back and soak up the views, we'd love to have you join us. We'll have drinks and a light lunch available so you can simply relax and enjoy the day.

Stay for as little or as long as you'd like! Throughout the afternoon, the Suiters' wakeboard boat will be making trips back to the dock for anyone ready to head in. It will also be available to shuttle guests to Nancy & Tom's house if you'd like to use the restroom.

Attire: Swimsuit, comfortable clothes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a towel. While you're welcome to swim, there's absolutely no need to get in the water—the goal is simply to spend a fun, relaxing afternoon together on the lake.

  • Welcome Dinner

    August 7th, 2026 at 6:00pm

    The Larch House

304 East 1st Street, Whitefish, MT

    Welcome Dinner Attire: Elevated Casual

Think polished, relaxed, and dinner-ready. For women, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, or elevated separates are all great. For men, button-down shirts with nice pants, jeans, or chinos. No jackets or ties needed.

The welcome dinner will primarily be outdoors, so we recommend dressing with the weather in mind. Evenings in Montana can cool down, so you may want to bring a light jacket or extra layer to stay comfortable.

  • Wedding Ceremony and Reception

    August 8th, 2026 at 4:30pm

    Snowy River Ranch
685 Twin Bridges Road, Whitefish, MT

    Transportation:

Transportation to and from the venue will be provided, with pickup and drop-off at Depot Park in downtown Whitefish.

Buses will depart promptly at 4:00pm from Depot Park. Please do not be late, as the buses will not be able to wait for late arrivals.

Please note that there is no guest parking available at the venue.

If you choose not to use the shuttle, Uber is available, but coverage in the area is more limited than what many of us are used to in larger cities.

    Our dress code is formal

For gentlemen: Suits are encouraged. Mikey won’t be wearing a tuxedo. Traditional or non-traditional suit colors are equally welcome. And if you’re looking to embrace the Montana setting, we’d love to see a few bolo ties.

For the ladies: Floor-length or midi dresses are encouraged. Since the ceremony and reception will be on grass, we recommend choosing footwear accordingly. August evenings in Montana can also cool down, so bringing a light jacket or wrap is a great idea (or just steal your date’s jacket).
